Today I’m sharing a secret about how I follow up with my leads.

I try to talk to them on the phone first. Always call the lead back, and leave a voicemail if they don’t answer. Answer their questions and ensure they got the information they wanted. If you have to leave a voicemail, immediately send them a text afterward.

“Send them a video text if you can.”

If you get a buyer off of an internet lead or something similar, it’s very early in the process for them, and they may not be willing to speak with you yet. They could also be at work or another place where they can’t talk to you at that time.

Here’s my secret sauce: Send them a video text if you can. That allows them to associate your name with your face and leaves an excellent, long-lasting impression. This will hopefully help you convert more leads into clients.
