Circle Prospecting has been around for years and has always been a great strategy to generate new leads. The premise is that people inside a neighborhood wants to know what’s going on around their own community. You can inform them of recently listed, under contract, or sold homes.
You can email, mail, door-knock, or call the people around those properties giving them the information about the activity in their neighborhood. I promise you those people in that neighborhood wants to know what’s going on around them.
