A: We don’t have office fees. We work on commission splits, but we’re not a 100% commission company. We’re a high-service company to help you accomplish your goals. You can’t get high commission splits and back-end services. It’s one or the other, and we’ve found that the back-end services make you more successful in the long run.

Q: Do you have a competing broker?
A: No. I compete to make you better, but I don’t compete with you in terms of sales and listings.

Q: Do I get any leads, and how are they distributed?
A: Yes. We have over 11,000 warm leads in our database. After you’ve gone through our training process, you’ll start getting those leads.

Q: Do you provide hands-on training?
A: Absolutely! It starts with one-on-one training to give you the tools to be successful. We also provide a mentorship program where you’ll receive the assistance of a top agent.
